Avante Garde Playing Cards (2023) is a collection of face cards inspired by the typeface ITC Avant Garde Gothic Pro. Every card is fully comprised from characters within the typeface. The backs of the cards include the name of the typeface, font, information on the type designers, and some symbols within the fonts. All of the backs of the cards include the corresponding letter of the face character on the front. All of the designs for the cards are comprised of just characters from the typeface and are constructed in a way that is visually interesting. The color palette chosen for these cards is inspired by a 70s color palette while also staying sleek minimalistic.
